Preparing Tennessee Students for College by:
Offering Free Online AP Courses, Training In-House AP Teachers, and Supporting AP Classrooms Across the State
In April 2021, the Tennessee Department of Education launched the AP Access for ALL program, announcing that Niswonger Foundation was selected to develop and support the program alongside the Tennessee Department of Education. This program was created to eliminate financial barriers and support student enrollment in AP coursework not currently offered at their home high school.

About Niswonger Online
Niswonger Online has been serving students in Tennessee since January of 2011. This online supplemental program is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality online education to students across Tennessee. We strive to create a flexible and supportive learning environment that empowers students to achieve academic success, pursue their personal interests, gain digital literacy skills, and prepare for their future careers.
In addition to overseeing the AP Access for ALL Program and 22 online AP courses, Niswonger Online also offers over 40 General Education courses, including World Languages, CTE Pathways, varying electives. Click below for more information.
